Our client is world’s leading technology in automotive industry, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Position: Production Manager (Welding)
Location: Pinthong, Chonburi
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB/ month total package.
Responsibilities:
- Display a goal, lead, participate and support ongoing Welding Machining Production.
- Direct the operation of the plant which includes safety and environmental
compliance, manufacturing quality products, production, cost optimization, yield
and sustainability.
- Oversight for capital project including budget and timing.
- Maintaining positive community relationship
- Provide solution and promote teamwork amongst the various group such as
Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing and Maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
- At least 10 years in Welding process in Manufacturing, preferable Truck, Heavy Machine and Construction manufacturing.
- Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
- Able to speak Japanese.
- Able to work under pressure.
