Job title: Japanese Speaking HR & General Admin
Location: Bangkok 10500 Thailand
Working condition: Monday – Friday, half - Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Generate Time Attendance reports, record employee face scans, and manage attendance data.
- Update organizational charts, employee registrations, and contact lists.
- Support employee relations, plan annual training, and maintain training records.
- Coordinate office supplies, issue POs, and oversee deliveries.
- Manage reception duties, coordinate venue reservations in Thailand, and organize company events.
- Provide interpretation and translation support (Thai-Japanese-English).
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience in administration supporting role is beneficial.
- Fresh grads are welcome.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese is required (N3).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read and writing email and documents in English, PC skills (Excel/Word)
