Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of overall OT zone, IIoT systems and network as well as cyber security.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT infrastructure for IIoT systems for the enterprise and clients.
Ensure seamless integration of OT and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support the deployment and management network.
Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies for IIoT hardware and software.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to OT and cyber security.
Manage OT infrastructure and cyber security projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OT infrastructure and cyber security.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the security and efficiency of IIoT systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of security measures
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on OT infrastructure and cyber security.
Proven experience with IIoT hardware and software systems.
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance in an OT environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
