Position: Country Manager - Sport Fashion Retailer

Salary: 250,000 - 320,000 THB (Negotiable) 

Location: Bangkok City, BTS/MRT line

Job Description

Lead and manage the overall operations of the sport fashion retail business in Thailand, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, market growth, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, business development, team management, and market adaptation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability.

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service.

• Market Analysis: Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on market potential.

• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and government officials.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and standards governing business operations.
  Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial indicators, and market data to track progress towards goals.

• Financial Management: Manage financial budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
   

  Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven experience in leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years in executive management or country/regional leadership.

• Strong understanding of apparel/sport fashion/footwear market dynamics, business environment in Thailand

• Track record of success in driving business growth and market expansion.

• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.

• Good command of English and Thai
