Looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational phases of a luxury hotel with a strong background in hotel management and a passion for exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Opening Phase:
- Project Management: Oversee construction, equipment procurement, and budget management.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with key vendors.
- Team Building: Recruit and train a skilled pre-opening team.
- Systems & Procedures: Implement hotel procedures, policies, and technologies.
Opening Phase:
- Hotel Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, drive revenue, and provide exceptional guest service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the management team.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints.
- Community Relations: Build positive relationships with the local community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 10+ years of hotel management experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience in pre-opening luxury hotels preferred.
- Strong financial and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hotel technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
