POSITION: FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGER

LOCATION: AYUTHAYA
SALARY: 60,000 – 80,000 THB
WORKING HOUR: MON – FRI: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for all machinery and facilities within our manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance management, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities for machinery and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Continuously seek and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with production teams to enhance machine performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a maintenance role, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in English and computer skills.
- Familiarity with SAP 4 HANA is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
