Responsibilities
Maintain and operate the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system, ensuring stable performance and user satisfaction.
Conduct minor customizations and program modifications based on user requests.
Investigate the root causes of system issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide operational support for SCM-related processes, including sales management, purchasing management, and inventory management.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system maintenance and operations.
Expertise in SCM domains, including sales, purchasing, and inventory management processes.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Conversational-level proficiency in English.
Ability to work fully on-site; remote work is not permitted.
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud platforms is a plus.
