The Company is Malaysian, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Lawyer (Workplace around BTS Chidlom, Bangkok)
Position: Lawyer
Location: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Business: Outsourcing Service
Working hour: Monday – Saturday, 10.00 AM – 19.00 PM (Work every Saturday, fulltime)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all legal activities related to our business operations in Thailand.
Ensure the company complies with Thai laws, including the Civil and Commercial Code, labor laws, BOI regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.
Provide legal advice to management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risks.
Interpret Thai laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and offer actionable solutions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs to protect the company's interests.
Work with government agencies, including the Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, and Board of Investment (BOI).
Handle regulatory filings, license renewals, and permit applications as required by Thai authorities.
Assist in maintaining compliance with corporate governance standards.
Develop and implement internal policies to minimize legal exposure.
Conduct training sessions for employees on Thai legal compliance, company policies, and regulatory updates.
Legal research, stay updated on changes in Thai laws, regulations, and legal requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 50,000 - 70,000 THB
Work every Saturday, work at onsite only.
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
Must have Lawyer license
Knowledge in Thai labour laws
Ability to drafting & reviewing contracts in English fluently.
Excellent English writing skills.
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
Able to travel to work around BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
