Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or other relevant fields.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a demand planning or forecasting role.
Experience with demand planning software. (SAP, APO, Oracle Demantra)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Excellent written and communication in English. (TOEIC 550)

Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary to reflect change in market conditions.
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Stay update on industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve forecasting techniques.
Interacting with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
Lead and manage the Demand Review process and demand related activities of the S&OP process.
