Demand Planner

Position:               Demand planner

Location:               Bangkok

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a demand planning or forecasting role.
• Experience with demand planning software. (SAP, APO, Oracle Demantra)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Excellent written and communication in English. (TOEIC 550)

• Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary to reflect change in market conditions.
• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Stay update on industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve forecasting techniques.
• Interacting with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Lead and manage the Demand Review process and demand related activities of the S&OP process.
