Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is often required.
- Work experience at least 10 years and 5 years of managerial experience.
- Possess good interpersonal skill and communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Familiarity with pricing software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Analyzing data related to supply and demand dynamics in the industrial gas sector.
- Push sales force to achieve target (budget).
- Maintain and develop a cost to serve model (at least for BULK and PAG).
- Customer profitability analysis (assurance to sales reps/marketing managers).
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Promote change of the supply method, if required.
- Business intelligence tools to capture competitors’ information.
