POSITION: BOI SPECIALIST

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled BOI Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of BOI laws, customs regulations, and import-export processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with BOI regulations, optimizing import-export operations, and supporting the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
BOI Compliance: Ensure compliance with all BOI regulations and requirements.
Import-Export Management: Oversee and manage all import-export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on BOI laws, customs regulations, and any changes in policies.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for BOI applications, renewals, and audits.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth import-export operations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to BOI and customs processes.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on BOI activities and compliance status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BOI and import-export roles, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of BOI laws, customs regulations, and import-export procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
