SALARY:                 40,000 – 60,000 THB

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BOI Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of BOI laws, customs regulations, and import-export processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with BOI regulations, optimizing import-export operations, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BOI Compliance: Ensure compliance with all BOI regulations and requirements.

  • Import-Export Management: Oversee and manage all import-export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on BOI laws, customs regulations, and any changes in policies.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for BOI applications, renewals, and audits.

  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth import-export operations.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to BOI and customs processes.

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on BOI activities and compliance status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BOI and import-export roles, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of BOI laws, customs regulations, and import-export procedures.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
