Position: Area Manager (Japanese speaking N2, N1)

Job Descriptions:
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new shop openings based on market analysis and strategic goals.
- Conduct site visits, negotiate leases, and coordinate with landlords and real estate agents.
- Manage the entire process of shop development from site selection to store opening.
- Translate documents accurately from Thai to Japanese to facilitate communication and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget adherence, and key milestones.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Has experience in real estate site selection and lease negotiation, in the food retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Good in Japanese languages with strong translation skills, JLPT N2, N1
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel for business trips upcountry as required.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
