Position: Welding Section Manager 
Location: Sri Maha Pot, Prachinburi
 

Job Description:
•    Supervising Welders and Welding Teams by managing the day-to-day activities of welding personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring team productivity.
•    Ensuring that welds meet the required quality standards, specifications, and certifications.
•    Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
•    Welding Procedure Development by establishing welding procedures, selecting appropriate welding techniques and determining the best materials.
•    Inventory and Equipment Management to ensure welding equipment and materials are maintained, calibrated, and available when needed.
•    Providing ongoing training and skill development for welders, ensuring they are up to date on best practices and safety standards.
•    Project Planning and Budgeting: Coordinating with project managers to ensure welding tasks are completed on time and within budget.
•    Addressing any issues that arise during the welding process, from technical challenges to workforce management.
•    Leading and coaching subordinate to reach the project timeline and goals.
Qualification 
•    Experience over 3-5 years in welding background from manufacturing business.
•    Bachelor degree of Engineering or any related fields.
•    Knowledge in Program: AutoCAD, VISIO, MAXIMO and MS Office.
•    Deep understanding of different welding techniques, materials, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•    Strong leadership skills to manage teams, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and upper management.
•    Ensuring high-quality work by carefully inspecting and monitoring welding projects.
•    Ability to manage multiple welding projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.
•    Capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues related to welding procedures, equipment, or personnel.
