- Handle administrative purchases and controls, business trip support, and office supply management, among other tasks.
- Organize documents for filing, monitor work permit and visa expiration dates, manage the 90-day reporting, and coordinate with outsourcing agency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company executives, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide support and manage the information and rental processes related to car rental contract renewal or new contracts by coordinating with the sales team.
- Create and propose car rental comparisons.
- Support VIP visitors and address employee requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Arrange meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and facilitate office maintenance.
- Purchase and manage office supplies, drinking water, car parking, building face scans, QR codes, name cards, flowers, etc.
- Reserve flights, hotels, car rentals, and restaurants for management executives.
- Prepare welcome drinks and snacks for VIP meetings as requested.
- Top up expressway Easy Pass credits for management executives.
Recruitment and HR:
- Maintain and update the staff telephone list for new hires.
- Manage and update the suggestion box with input from our employees.
- Address employee queries related to HR issues.
- Manage HR projects, such as staff events and outings.
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Work with Senior HR manager & hiring managers to understand what they need in a candidate.
- Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare interview questions with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews, tests, and reference checks to select the best candidates.
- Report on the recruitment process to your supervisor.
- Handle other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Thai, English and Korean communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience of at least 1-2 years as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Officer, Personal Assistant, Flight Attendant or in a relevant role.
- Strong common sense and a well-rounded personality.
- Strong attention to details is a must-have.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications.
- Isn't afraid to speak up or raise concerns.
- Extrovert personality, multitasking, hands-on and good service minded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in service industry with strong customer service is very beneficial.
