Job responsibilities:
Handle and oversee all day-to-day general ledger and special ledger transactions.
Maintains accounting practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing.
Responsible for reclassification and adjusting journal entries.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and supporting details and ensure completeness of monthly reconciliation and schedules.
Improve internal accounting control procedure & accounting systems, reporting system, formats, and liaison with auditors and revenue department.
Responsible for timely preparation of weekly reports, monthly reports, yearly reports, and management reports to head office in Germany and/or any other requirements from the management.
Summarize and check accounting data for analysis and reporting.
Review cash flow and liquidity forecasting by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements; investing excess funds.
Support and assist Finance and Administration Manager, audits and action initiatives.
Responsible for direct supervision of all accounting activities to ensure adherence to company financial and accounting policies and compliance with local accounting standards.
Responsible for accurate completion and timely submission of, TAX, Tax returns, W/H tax, VAT, CIT as well as compliance with tax regulations
Perform reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution of any ir-reconciling amounts
Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting in Finance/Accounting
At least 6 years work experience in finance and accounting field with multi-national manufacturing environment and at least 3 experiences in supervisory level or senior accounting position in accountant all functions.
Familiar and perform at least one of accounting software i.e. Oracle, SAP or ERP.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point); other tools like, E-mail, Outlook
Good command of English in reading, written and oral communication
