Our client is world leading's Aerospace manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Position: Production & Maintenance Manager.
Location: Pinthong, Chonburi
Salary: 80,000– 120,000 THB Depend on Experience
Working day: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Manage production and maintenance team to achieve KPI target.
Setting and maintaining the Cost Budget for Production.
Root cause analysis, provide preventive and corrective action in production and maintenance issue.
To involve in process improvement, new product development and equipment problem solving.
Supervise and technical adviser to production line operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate production planning for follow process as planned and other departments.
Able to management of Safety, productivity, quality and manpower.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of Engineering or higher in related fields.
At least 10 years of experience as a Production and Maintenance supervisory/managment role.
5 years in management role as Manager level.
Able to speak English is preferable.
Having knowledge of AS9001, IATF16949, ISO9001
