Our client is world leading's Aerospace manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Position: Production & Maintenance Manager.
Location: Pinthong, Chonburi
Salary: 80,000– 120,000 THB Depend on Experience
Working day: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage production and maintenance team to achieve KPI target.
- Setting and maintaining the Cost Budget for Production.
- Root cause analysis, provide preventive and corrective action in production and maintenance issue.
- To involve in process improvement, new product development and equipment problem solving.
- Supervise and technical adviser to production line operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate production planning for follow process as planned and other departments.
- Able to management of Safety, productivity, quality and manpower.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering or higher in related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Production and Maintenance supervisory/managment role.
- 5 years in management role as Manager level.
- Able to speak English is preferable.
- Having knowledge of AS9001, IATF16949, ISO9001
