Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, electronics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the electronic parts or related industry.
- Able to communicate in English at a business level.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
