Job descriptions:
Handle inquiries from clients in manufacturing sector.
Collect, organize, and share defect reports and quality requirements within the company.
Manage initial responses to customer complaints, oversee progress, propose and report improvement measures, and coordinate resolutions.
Collaborate with internal inspection and production engineering departments.
Manage progress of defect investigations and prepare reports.
Support internal and external audits.
Address quality issues and improvement requests within deadlines.
Coordinate and participate in internal and external meetings as needed.
Communicate and provide instructions to local staff at the Thai factory.
Share quality-related procedures and manuals, and support training.
Gather production line status and compile improvement proposals.
Identify quality issues and assist in cause analysis.
Follow up on the implementation of improvement measures and help standardize processes.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Ability to share information clearly and honestly with customers and internal departments.
Timely reporting, communication, and consultation.
Excellent Japanese language skills with basic communication skills in English.
Ability to meet deadlines, organize tasks, and make steady progress.
Proficiency in preparing reports and communicating using Excel, Word, email, etc.
Experience in quality assurance or production control in manufacturing (plastic injection molding, tooling, etc.).
Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection methods for automotive parts and consumer electronics products.
Understanding of basic problem-solving frameworks (5Why, 7 QC tools, etc.).
Experience in managing local staff at the manager level is required.
