Position: Production Control Manager(Medical device)
Salary: 90,000-140,000 Baht (package)
Location: Bowin, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and customer demands.
Monitor and optimize production workflows, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Driving continuous improvement (CI) for cost saving and work efficiencies thorough process optimization, automation and other ways.
Compliance to companies’ standards and procedures, including FDA, ISO 13485 etc.
Analyze production data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.
Strong managerial skill, operation and presentation.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance of medical devices.
Having background from Medical device or Electronics industry would be advantage.
Good command of English communication.
