Position: Launch Manager (Automotive)
Location: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong
Salary: over 90K depend on experience
Working Day: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
Lead product launch steps:
Coordinate and analyze events related to new product launches, aligning with the Project Management (PM) schedule.
Engage key suppliers and customers to ensure successful change management.
Plan and execute Plant Trial Runs:
Develop and conduct trial runs for each product launch or change event.
Set and achieve current production targets:
Support the Core Team in meeting production efficiency goals (OEE).
Drive company-wide Kaizen activities:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Manage SAP system updates:
Encode part master data and manufacturing BOM (Bill of Materials) for new programs.
Regularly update current BOMs in the SAP system as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Having related experience about Manufacturing, Engineering with over 10 years.
Bachelor's degree of Engineering, preferable from King Mongkut's University of Technology.
Having experience from New Plant Set up from Automotive business.
Strong knowledge of IATF16949, Lean, SAP system, improve OEE
Strong Management skill.
Strong of English communication.
