Duties and Responsible:
Business Development to implement the sales strategy for the Automotive OES segment.
To fulfill customer requirements, to negotiate orders and contracts within the given guidelines
Coordinate customer inquiries in cooperation with other departments and ensure regular follow-up.
To support proper sales planning for all product segments.
To ensure regular reporting and market feedback
To manage the new project with customer prospects in defined customer groups and meet the set timeframe of the project and make sure to share related information and discuss with superior intensively to come up with a strategy to win over handle projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business management.
At least 5 years of experience in Automotive industry
Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Fluent English
