Job descriptions:
- Support the sales team in operations related to sales and customer service.
- Communicate with customers and relevant parties in both Japanese and Thai.
- Assist in translation and communication between the company and Japanese-speaking staff.
- Provide advice and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders.
- Support in compiling sales reports and analyzing sales performance.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
Strong business communication skills and teamwork abilities.
