Job descriptions:
Support the sales team in operations related to sales and customer service.
Communicate with customers and relevant parties in both Japanese and Thai.
Assist in translation and communication between the company and Japanese-speaking staff.
Provide advice and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
Manage sales-related documents such as quotations and purchase orders.
Support in compiling sales reports and analyzing sales performance.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
Strong business communication skills and teamwork abilities.
