Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers in group companies to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control standards and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
