Responsibilities:
- Support the HR and GA Manager.
- Educating internal employees by providing training programs to develop staff knowledge.
- Develop staff training and implement internal training programs.
- Regular communication with all expats regarding their accommodation, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
- Hotel and accommodation booking for company guests.
- Administration supports such as hospital claim, Kids Education fee etc.
- Obtaining visas and work permit for expat staff members
- Providing support to expats when and as required.
- Ensuring that the expat program is aligned with government policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the laws, customs, and practices of host countries.
- Experience in immigration would be advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in one or more of the languages spoken in host countries is an advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Adaptable to change and fast-acting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
