Hiring Position: IT & SAP Engineer (New plant set up)
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB

Responsibility:
IT Part:
1. IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and manage the IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, PCs, and PBX networks.
2. System Administration: Manage server systems and user access accounts (LAN, email, etc.,)
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support for PC systems and office software, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
4. Disaster Recovery and Security: Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and information security plans to protect company assets.
5. User Training: Conduct training sessions on IT applications and software to enhance user efficiency.
6. Vendor Management: Oversee outsourced IT services and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

SAP Part:
1. Local User Support: Provide first-line support to local users, resolving day-to-day SAP-related issues.
2. Incident Management: Manage support tickets, changes, and incidents, coordinating with HQ SAP team.
3. User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for local staff on SAP processes.
4. Process Monitoring: Monitor SAP processes to ensure adherence to established procedures.
5. Project Support: Contribute to SAP improvement projects.
6. Global Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with the global SAP and IT teams.
General Part:
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SAP and IT teams at HQ and globally.
2. Ad-hoc duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience: Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
4. Proficiency in database systems, particularly SQL.
5. Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic and Visual C++.
6. Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud technologies.
7. Knowledge of Exchange Server and Microsoft Office applications.
8. In-depth understanding of Windows Server systems.
9. Proficiency in SAP systems, including knowledge of processes, operations, and best practices.
10. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
