HRBP Manager
Location: Bangkok / Samutprakarn
Job Summary:
As an HRBP Manufacturing Manager/Senior Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with BU Heads, Directors, and the HR team to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Overseeing HRM and HRD planning, processes, policies, and practices.
- Leading recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to meet timelines.
- Managing performance appraisal and management systems as per the schedule.
- Gathering data and delivering insightful reports with analysis on key HR metrics.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture to boost employee morale and build highly engaged teams.
- Keeping up with HR trends and offering recommendations for potential improvements.
- Leading or participating in various projects as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and in Thai.
- A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in manufacturing field.
- Strong understanding of HR legal and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, self-motivation, independence, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical with initiative, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Capable of implementing innovative HR strategies, managing change, and handling multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan, and Bangna, Bangkok.
