Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: AMATA City, Chonburi
Job Responsibilities:
Implement policies and control HR KPIs.
Direct the activities of HRM and Administration.
Support Plant's Business plan (Chonburi Area)
ER, Payroll, Recruitment and Employee welfare
HR analysis and HR Kaizen.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science/ General management or Human Resources is preferable with a good graduate.
At least 10 years’ experience in the management of HR & ADM with Automotive business.
Pleasant personality leadership skills, service mind, well organized
Good in English (Including excellent reading and writing skills)
Agility, good communication skills, and strong plan observation.
Be responsible, well-organized, and able to multi-task.
Having good knowledge in IATF16949, ISO14001/18001.
