Position: General Manager

We are looking for General Manager who has experience from engineering service, and construction or any related business responsible for the growth and profitability of an overall sales and operation department by
planning and controlling sales and services for short to long-term goals to drive overall business performance including with effectively developing sales objectives, administrative, project plans, programs, manpower,
warehouse, and budgets.
Job Description
- Plan sales and services strategies for short to long-term goals for effectively developing sales objectives, administrative, project plans, programs, manpower, Warehouse, asset, and budgets.
- Drive the business performance by developing new customers and managing the relationship with existing customers.
- Lead and coach sales & service team to meet target, revenue, and margins, negotiate to close the sales with potential customers.
- Ensure the product delivery by managing engineering & customer support functions and reviewing scheduling of product.
- Understand the competition and company products & services to coach sales team to create innovative solution as well as create strategies to penetrate competition base.
- Manage and control back-office functions such as recruitment, finance, employee performance review and training if needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, and any related fields.
- Experience 10 years as Project Manager, General Manager, Sales & Business Development from formwork, scaffolding engineering service, steel infrastructure and construction services.
- Experience in management level 5 years with background in driving overall business performance or project management including sales & marketing, technical engineering, manpower, administrative, warehouse and operation.
- Strong in team management, budget, and strategic planning with ability to formulate and execute an annual sales and service plan.
- Excellent communication, good decision-making, problem solving, organized, assertive, self-motivated, and good negotiation.
- Good English communication with ability to work with overseas team.
- Ability to commute overseas as business trip sometimes.
