FP&A Analyst

Position: Senior Analyst, Plant Controlling
Salary Range: 50,000 THB – 100,000 THB
Location: BKK
Business: Leans
Responsibilities:

• Key member of both Thailand and Regional Controller’s Management Teams
• Leads Thailand Controlling
• Manages interface with Thailand Shared Services organization for accounting, finance, taxes, and IT
• Summarizes and communicates financial and operating results against objectives
• Maintain a "no surprise" financial reporting environment through timely and thorough review of all financial aspects
• Develops Cost Savings & Plant Operational plans to support strategic initiatives
• Provides operational explanations for financial variances and prepares bridges

 Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, costing or budgeting
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance in a Manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a global environment
• Detailed oriented & strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines reliably
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experienced in using ERP such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English and Thai languages
• Familiar with IFRS & Thai Gaap
