A leading global automotive company specializing in metal parts is seeking an individual capable of leading an established team. Proficiency in Japanese is a key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should possess business-level Japanese language skills, along with the ability to manage a team effectively and drive them towards achieving the company’s targets.

 

Position:               Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Salary:                   100,000 – 150,000 THB / month

Welfares:               Bonus, Housing, Transportation, and others              

Location:               Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Day:         Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operations of the factory, including production, procurement, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Screen, recruit, and train staff to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Ensure worker safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor equipment and schedule maintenance and repairs.
  • Regularly review work processes and make necessary improvements.
  • Prepare and implement budgets and production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align objectives.
  • Resolve issues and disputes among factory staff.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders about factory performance.
  • Keep records of all factory activities and report on important metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the Japanese automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 up is preferred).
