Job Descriptions:
Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Leading and supervising the production team to ensure timely and high-quality.
Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to maintain standards and product consistency.
Managing inventory levels, procurement, and distribution processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
Doing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Able to communicate in English.
Have management experience with organization sizing more than 100 people.
