Job Title: Export Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 17:45
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing all matters within Export Sales Division and addressing any issues that may impact its operations.
Design and implement strategic plans to achieve company goal.
Conduct market research to build up effective strategies, develop new customers and products.
Review the sales results and consider improvement ideas with the management team and subordinates.
Build a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare sales and marketing reports in English and Japanese.
Regularly work closely with Japan Headquarter for any sales and marketing issue.
Perform inventory control to prevent overstock.
Create a yearly budget and business plan with the management team.
Monitor and control the expenses within the approved budget.
Set KPI, track, and conduct evaluation to subordinates.
Guide and train subordinates while improving their work efficiency.
Handle other tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in export / international sales or related field, with at least 2 years of a managerial role in export / international sales is a must.
Fluent in English (TOIEC 700+) and Japanese (JLPT N2) is required.
Background in consumer products or household appliances is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and Power Point. Knowledge in online and offline marketing, business analysis, or any marketing field is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Able to attend business trip abroad (Southeast Asian countries).
