The Event and Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing all events and activations for our art toy brand. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic individual who can bring our brand to life through immersive and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art toys, a deep understanding of event management, and a track record of successful activations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events, including trade shows, product launches, exhibitions, pop-up shops, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Oversee logistics, including site selection, permits, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
- Design and implement brand activation campaigns to engage and attract the target audience.
- Create unique and interactive experiences that resonate with collectors and fans of art toys.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure activations are on-brand and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Track expenses and provide detailed reports on budget performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events and activations.
- Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email, influencer partnerships) to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Create compelling content and marketing materials to support event promotion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, collectors, industry partners, and media.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to continually improve event experiences.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile and present detailed reports on event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, and financial performance.
- Manage follow-up activities, including thank-you communications and future event planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the art, toy, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique and engaging experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Thai and English.
