Position: Equipment Manager (Electronics/Automotive)
 

Responsibilities:
•    Ensure equipment both existing and new.
•    Responsible for maintenance plan for assembly equipment both automation and semi-automation process.
•    Plan MRO (Maintenance, Repair &Operations), manage storage and prepare related documents.
•    Responsible for BIQS and manage internal & external audit regarding equipment topics. 
•    Responsible for NPI new project equipment evaluation and introduction as well as the provide the solution if needed.
•    Coordinate with other departments to complete new project equipment evaluation and importing process.
•    Monitor mass production project for equipment regarding to maintenance and KPI monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
•    Responsible for mass production project equipment transformation and reuse.
•    Control mass production automation project maintenance.
•    Manage subordinates and lead the team to reach performance target.

 

Qualification
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related fields.
•    Experience over 5 years in assembly equipment from automotive or electronics manufacturing industry plus 3 years in management level.
•    Familiar with production process and assembly equipment e.g. ultrasonic welding machine, laser welding, tin wire soldering machine, lock screw machine, injection molding and so on.
•    Skill in automation equipment management and automation line process is the must.
•    Experience working from MNC business is the plus.
•    Knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing concept.
•    Good English communication.
•    Positive, initiative, problem-solving skill and able to coordinate with other departments.
•    Good leadership skill with ability to manage the subordinates.
