Engineering Manager- Plastic/ Molding Injection

Our client is an international client who are producing Molding Injection/ Automotive Plastics Injection looking Engineering management experiences.

• Position                  : Engineer Assistant Manager  - Manager level

                                                    Molding Injection/ Automotive Plastics Injection

• Salary Range         : 50K-60K
• Location                 : Ayutthaya
• Working hour         : Alt Sat
• Business                : Plastic Component for Automotive/ Molding Injection

Responsibilities

1. New project lead/control, monitor the project processes (Molding Injection/ Plastics parts injection)
2. Interacting cross-functional with all departments internally.
3. Continuously improvement by leading quality of products improvement.
4. Implement the process of quality control plan, measurement analysis systems and work instruction.
5. Engineering problem resolve, analyzing and assisting the quality problem.
6. Product’s drawing (2D/3D) comprehend.
7. Document prepared (NPI/NPD) and controlled; customers supported.
8. Coor tools (Control plan, FMEA/ MSA/ SPC/ PPAP), customer’s project time plan organized.
9. Root cause analysis for corrective & preventive actions by customers complain.
10. Coordinate with both domestics and overseas clients.
11. Coach & train staffs, Engineering & related departments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical, Industrial, Polymer, Plastic Molding Engineering or related
2. Good knowledges of IATF 16949 systems
3. Good command of drawing analyzing, GD&T systems.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Knowledge and understanding of the use of various social media platforms
6. Language Skill: English level: Conversational
