Position: Customer Service (Sales Coordinator)
Salary: 25,000 – 38,000 THB / Month
Location: Amata City, Rayong
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Good command of writing, speaking, listening, and reading English.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination and purchasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and handle forecasts and purchase orders with the team.
• Communicate with customers by emails and follow up their requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal and external parties.
• Issue delivery instructions to the team.
• Monitor production and inventory, and order materials.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
