Hiring: Customer Service Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Bangkok
Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Handling inquiries together with being the key information center of company benefit booklet.
- Support mainly Japanese customers (includes using both Japanese and English) enquiry, introducing and making reservations for related facilities (restaurants, hotels etc.).
- Consider promotion, negotiate with merchants, and add content to a website.
- Posting articles and updating information on the company website.
- Visit member stores and collect information.
- Monthly data summary and analysis of sales report.
Qualification
- Bachelor ‘s degree or higher
- Capability of Japanese in fluent level (JLPT N2+)
- Capability of English Business level
- Experience in marketing will be highly beneficial.
- Good communication skills.
