Hiring: Customer Service Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Bangkok

Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries together with being the key information center of company benefit booklet.
  • Support mainly Japanese customers (includes using both Japanese and English) enquiry, introducing and making reservations for related facilities (restaurants, hotels etc.). 
  • Consider promotion, negotiate with merchants, and add content to a website. 
  • Posting articles and updating information on the company website.
  • Visit member stores and collect information. 
  • Monthly data summary and analysis of sales report. 

 

Qualification 

  • Bachelor ‘s degree or higher 
  • Capability of Japanese in fluent level (JLPT N2+)
  • Capability of English Business level 
  • Experience in marketing will be highly beneficial. 
  • Good communication skills.
