Company and Job Overview

The company is looking for a Finance Manager who will be working in Samut Prakan.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for evaluating the accounting department and supervision over internal auditing cost accounting and budgetary controls

  • Develops, analyzes and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against the budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness  

  • Service as a power user knowing the details and mechanics of the financial systems

  • Directs internal controls in the financial reporting activities and management

  • Ensure to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by outside auditors   

  • Manages the general ledger activity and allocates between various corporate entities

  • Ensures local statutory financial reports based on Thailand GAAP and Internal management book based on US GAAP 

  • Ensures prompt monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing according to Thailand tax law 

  • Responsible for establishing financial policies and procedures.  

  • Ensure Corporate internal control procedures are properly followed. 

  • Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends

  • Oversees the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of both management and local statutory financial reports. 


Qualification
 

  • Bachelor's degree or master's in accountancy, Finance or its equivalent

    International Accounting Standard experience is desired

  • 10 years working experience and 3 years finance management experience in Multinational firms and/or accounting of manufacturing processes 

  • Good Command in English
