Position Assistant Technical Sales Engineering Manager (Industrial Automation/Factory Automation)

- Identify and work closely with channel partners such as distributors, OEM and Systems Integrators.
- Provide product information and application support advice of company ’s products.
- Feedback and report to Headquarters on market competition and determine competitive product positioning and pricing.
- Management of relationship with assigned distributors with knowledge of their market and business.
- Acting as the single point of contact and providing required level of support for distributors for company.
- Preparing (with distributor) yearly business plan and key development targets for the territory.
- Performing regular review of distributors’ performance.
- Responsible for contract management and resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Working closely with marketing team to specify and analyses market data for assigned territories.
- Design and execute marketing programs with company’s channel partners to build the company brand and generate qualified leads.
- Territorial administration, development of new strategic accounts, relationships development, presenting in public, representing company at various events.
- Working closely with technical sales to provide training and education on company products to channel partners and their resellers.
- Develop account plans for existing channel partners, in line with the country channel strategy and execute objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Establish long-term business relationships with channel partner executives.
- Work closely with channel partners in the sales opportunity, including qualification, development of consolidated strategies and tactics to win business but also ensure visibility in market with end user engagement.
- Formulate a winning sales strategy. Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities within the assigned scope.
- Achieve all individual sales targets set by the company.
- Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Industrial automation; Sensor and Coders Products.
- Proven track record in sales with product knowledge in sensors and process instruments.
- Strong network of channels/distributors eco-system in industrial automation.
- Good command of English is a must due to the nature of its business.
