Account and Administrative Officer (Account, Admin and Logistic)
Administrative duties
• Manage day-to-day office operations including office supplies management, filing systems, and correspondence.
• Daily administrative work, such as phone answering, courier arrangement.
• Office upkeeping
HR
• Manage and oversee end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding.
• Other general issues in HR
IT
• Laise with IT vendors
Accounting duties
• Prepare and process sales invoices, bank receipts, and payment vouchers.
• In charge of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documents for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are in line with the approved budget and company policies.
• Laise with banker, accounting firm and other vendors.
• Able to handle full set of accounts
Logistics
• Process order and arrange delivery schedules.
• Laise with freight forwarders and transporters for dispatch of goods
• Laise with clearing agent for importing of cargoes
• Arrange samples for customers.
Requirement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage duties.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software.)
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, accounting, or logistics.
