POSITION: WAREHOUSE MANAGER – Manufacturing background
INDUSTRY: ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: SAMUT PRAKAN
SALARY: 80,000 – 100,000 THB/MONTH
Responsibilities:
- Lead the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and establish material in and out management policies.
- Monitor customs systems to ensure logistics activities run smoothly with high accuracy.
- Manage resources to maintain high service levels, quality excellence, and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, continuously improving customer satisfaction.
- Perform aligned levels of operations performance, productivity, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure all staff are trained in accordance with operational SOPs.
- Closely monitor staff discipline, taking appropriate and timely action for any violations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise all staff to ensure their performance aligns with stipulated standards and KPIs.
- Handle communication with Customs, CIQ, and other government bureaus in the bonded area.
- Renew policies and rules concerning declarations to the operation team.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, with a preference for a logistics background.
- Minimum of 8 years of similar working experience in logistics, warehousing, engineering, or implementation with an operations management position, including experience in managing a chemical warehouse.
- Strong management skills in warehousing, people management, and operations.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/IATF16949 standards.
- Understanding of China bonded policies and customs is preferred.
- Good understanding of finance and cost management.
