Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Strategic Planner leadership role, Marketing. Communication, Branding communication or related field in agency or corporate setting.
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience in advertising agency, marketing agency, digital media agency is advantage.
Job descriptions:
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research in various research groups; utilizing a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions.
- Understanding client business goals and marketing objectives.
- Crafting briefs, including target market analysis, personas, customer journeys, actionable consumer insights, and key messaging recommendations to establish a winning strategy plan.
- Creating business solution strategies, branding communication strategies, political communication plans, and digital marketing plans, then presenting them to clients for approval.
- Presenting the strategy plan to the team, including the Creative team, Designer team, and Sales team, with a clearly defined brief.
- Leading internal meetings to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategy plan.
- Managing and educating team members to build a strong planning team.
