Job Responsibilities
This team will be crucial in executing our 5-year plan to establish university as the leading regional authority in creative programs and more. Ideal candidates should have strong logical thinking, a results-oriented approach, and effective strategy implementation skills. Although academic experience is not necessary, applying corporate strategies within an academic environment is essential.
- Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of university's 5-year strategy across all faculties and departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty members, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure unified strategy deployment.
- Program Enhancement: Improve existing programs and develop new, innovative educational offerings aligned with strategic goals.
- Industry Integration: Forge strong partnerships with industry leaders to bridge the gap between academia and industry practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Resource Optimization: Manage resources efficiently to support strategic initiatives, including financial, human, and technological assets.
- Cultural Transformation: Foster an international mindset and culture within the university, promoting creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, project management, or similar positions. Experience in the corporate sector and familiarity with academic environments are strongly preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
