Job description:
- Conduct the onsite survey, overview the machine installation, maintenance, inspection parts, machine control software, and troubleshooting the defect.
- Maintain detailed service records, documenting all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Be a part of the project management and technical team to work cross-functionally with other branches in SEA and headquarter in Japan to analyze the project inquiry from the partner.
- Stay up to date on new technologies and advancements in machine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, not specific major.
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in machine repair and installation and knowledge of machine controller software would be essential.
- Must be able to identify the electronic component and its function.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics would be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and on time with strict scheduling.
- Fair communication in English and Japanese (JLPT N4-N3).
