POSITION:      SENIOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – Automotive tier 1 market

BUSINESS:     Rubber, Plastic, Steel for Automotive clients

SALARY:           120,000 - 150,000 THB

LOCATION:    PATHUMTHANI (HYBRID WORKING CONDITION)

 

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to increase market share in the rubber, plastic, and steel product segments. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's rubber, plastic, and steel products.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the rubber, plastic, or steel industry.
  • Established connections within the automotive manufacturing market are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
