• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning for potential real estate investments.
• Analyze lease agreements, and any other documents to help support analysis.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk-return profiles.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in local, regional, and national real estate markets.
• Lead due diligence activities for potential real estate acquisitions, including reviewing property documents, leases, contracts, and financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, real estate, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
- 3 years investment banking OR Big 4 (corporate advisory / M&A) background.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ability to build comprehensive financial models for different use cases.
- Solid in presentation skill to investment committee.
