Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
Salary: up to 130,000 THB
Location: Bangkok - BTS (Hybrid)
JAC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client’s innovative for fintech/banking firm in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing CI/CD and automation to ensure the modernization and resilience of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and utilize Ansible pipelines to transfer legacy applications to the OpenShift platform.
Deploy and maintain CI/CD and automation processes with Jenkins and the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Create Ansible playbooks and scripts utilizing modern programming languages.
Automate manual processes by designing pipelines that leverage third-party APIs.
Oversee and communicate operational activities with stakeholders.
Diagnose and resolve issues, implementing measures to prevent future incidents -- providing level 2 support on automation platforms.
Advocate for best practices and train other teams to adopt CI/CD methodologies and independently use pipelines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Software Development experience or related positions.
Fluent in Thai with strong communicative skills in English.
Must be skilled at Ansible & Jenkins and open for non-public cloud environments.
Familiar with OpenShift Operation and Linux Red Hats environments.
Knowledge of Zabbix and Splunk will be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
