Position: Sales Manager (Automation)
Location: Ramintra, Bangkok (Remote Working)

Our client is the worldwide leader in automation and a world market leader in technical training and education. The headquarter is in Germany and they have opened across Europe, Asia, USA, Africa, and Oceania. The company has been established since 1992 in Thailand. They provide the remote working policy in dynamic environment with the competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop business and country sales strategy to drive the sales achievement.
  • Grow the market share of all countries sales to align with budget and business purpose.
  • Manage the team and supervise team to build the team engagement.
  • Lead team and set target, performance achievement & KPI to sales team. 
  • Implement and execute of price strategy to compete with market.
  • Provide sales solution for Automations industry and initiate market communication activities.
  • Identify and manage Key Accounts by using and adapting solid account development plan.
  • Support global key account management for strategy alignment and localization as well as support cross-border projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Food Engineering is preferable) 
  • Experience 10 years in sales and/or business development roles included with 5 years in sales team management and key account management.
  • Experience handling the client in food & packaging business is preferable.
  • Background from machinery, manufacturing, industrial process such as production, process, packaging lines is a plus.
  • Good command in English with ability to coordinate with overseas team.
  • Strong team management with experience to manage 8-10 subordinates in a team.
  • Good communication, logical, aggressive, result oriented, and negotiation skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
