We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional with proficiency in Japanese to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive manufacturing industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the automotive sector.
Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese to support international clients.
Understand and interpret engineering drawings and perform price calculations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Manage and lead a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Ensure compliance with IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, and ISO14001:2015 standards.
Handle import-export activities under BOI regulations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Japanese (N3 level or higher).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing plant, specifically with sheet metal, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Knowledge of IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, and ISO14001:2015 systems, as well as import-export regulations under BOI.
Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and ability to manage a team effectively.
